When I was younger, I had this T-shirt that said, “Change is the only permanent thing in life.” I’d read it every single time I wore it. The shirt eventually disappeared, but that one line stayed with me. It made me start seeing change not as something to fear, but something to embrace. That’s probably where my love for travel began — in the thrill of not knowing what’s next.
I also owe a lot of it to my parents. Every holiday, they made it a point to take me somewhere new. But our trips were never just about ticking off landmarks — they were about experiencing a place. We’d search for local viewpoints, eat where the locals ate, and take the slower, quieter path if it promised a story. That habit stuck with me.
Over the years, I’ve come to believe that so much of who we are is shaped by where we’ve been. Every place I’ve visited has changed me — sparked something new, widened my lens, and taught me how to adapt. In this constant process of growing, the only thing that stays unchanged is my name.
